The International School of Catalunya

Many International Schools have now built outdoor education into their curriculum. ISCAT has been following the Scandinavian Forest School model for years which is one of the oldest and most popular programmes in Europe. Every week different classes take turns to visit the forest to learn, built and collaborate outside the classroom settings. Different curricular areas are addressed and environmental awareness, team-building, creativity and problem-solving skills are developed.
